Comp: $30-$40 per hour to start, opportunity to go full time quickly

About the company

The job is a trial-period internship where we can both see if there is a long term fit. Comp starts at $30-40 an hour. The current team is world class, and we are looking for one or two extreme quality hires as we start this company. Our team consists of:

• Youngest to get into dental school at 15 turned trader. Worked on the Twitter transition team
• Ex Neuralink and AWS, worked on the twitter transition team
• Created the options trading strategies for the one of the biggest crypto options trading firms by volume.

This job is full-time in person with an office in Richmond Hill. Working hours will be intense. Overtime is paid

What we are looking for in you

Age, year in uni, etc doesn't matter at all. What this job requires is someone that is a self starter, can think critically, and can take high pressure - you are deploying real money and your decisions directly impact the bottom line - this can be a very good or very bad thing.

Strong proficiency in python is required, with a preference for a strong data analysis background. If you dont already know it you will need to learn Polars (python data lib) and excel quickly.

You should be a solid engineer that can turn and idea into code fast, and be able to figure out whats wrong if (when) things break - your code will be handling millions in volume so being able to read your and others code to figure out whether its a technical or idea issue fast is critical.

• Write python code to execute trades, build out ideas, etc
